About the Project:
ASX delivered a five-storey retirement apartment building with 50 units, including a basement and integrated external works. The project included retaining walls, landscaping, and a drive-through accessway connecting to the existing main building, demonstrating ASX’s capability in residential developments combining structural, civil, and landscape works.
