About the Project
ASX delivered a new amenities building for Oceania’s retirement village development in Pukekohe, creating a central community hub for residents. The facility includes a communal lounge, café, gymnasium, swimming pool, spa facilities, administration areas, plant rooms, and supporting amenities, providing a range of spaces for recreation, wellbeing, and social connection.
Designed to support modern retirement living, the building balances functionality with comfort, offering residents access to high-quality facilities within a welcoming and contemporary environment. The project demonstrates ASX’s expertise in delivering purpose-built retirement facilities that enhance both lifestyle and community engagement.
